Brass and Copper Double Smokestacks have reversed top textures compared to other smokestacks

Describe the Bug
Very minor nitpick, but the pixels dividing the two stacks are reversed on the base copper and brass double smokestacks compared to the other types in that style.
Reproduction Steps
- Place down all the double smokestacks
- See the minor inconsistancy
Expected Result
They all look the same
