Describe the Bug

In 1.6.4, you added animated flywheels on trains, but they spin super slow and don't sync with the train's speed at all

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a train
2. Put flywheels as wheels
3. Look at it when driving

Expected Result

The speed is synced to the speed of the train
