[Suggestion] Change train acceleration/top speed using liquid fuel types.

Describe the Suggestion
Like the title says the ability to add custom liquid fuel types and change the acceleration/top speed for the different fuels. Would be useful if you want trains running on diesel to accelerate slower than a train running on gasoline of if you want certain fuels to be faster than others.
