Currently, Steam 'n Rails offers wide gauge tracks and Comically Large bogeys, which are excellent for heavy or oversized locomotives. However, there is limited support for extended wheel configurations, such as 0-6-0, 0-8-0, or 0-10-0, within the wide gauge format. These setups are crucial for achieving both visual realism and mechanical accuracy in large steam-era train designs.

I’d like to propose the addition of new extended bogey styles specifically tailored for wide gauge use, including:

🛞 Configurations like 0-8-0, 0-10-0, and 0-12-0

⚙️ Visible mechanical features such as axle linkages, steam-driven cranks, and support frames

🎨 A stylized design language consistent with the current aesthetic of Steam 'n Rails (e.g., exaggerated proportions, steampunk elements)

Benefits:

Enables realistic steam locomotive setups for long-haul or industrial trains

Provides creators with more artistic and engineering flexibility

Expands compatibility with existing wide gauge infrastructure and decorative builds

Avoids the need to use incompatible narrow-gauge bogey styles on oversized locomotives
