Missing Smokestack Style/Color related (condition+behaviour) tooltips on Copper/Brass, Capped and Caboose Smokestacks

Description

Common ("Steel", non-capped) Smokestacks have both the summary (changing the visual) and the condition + behaviour par (changing the smoke style/color), which is correct:

Decorated (Brass/Copper, capped) Smokestacks, on the other hand, only have the summary but not the condition + behaviour par despite having the same functionality:

The Caboose Smokestack, though, has neither of those despite having the smoke style/color changing functionality:

Checking bug reports and documentation!!!
Check the official forums, GitHub, or mod pages to see if there are known bugs with tooltip display.
Perhaps this is a known issue and there is a temporary solution or patch.
