Description

If you set the train top speed config to zero or a very low speed so trains require fuel, the handcar also follows that top speed, making it useless. Handcars, by definition, don't need fuel, so I think there should be an extra config specifically for handcar speed so they still have a use when you want your trains to require fuel

Nevermind! Turns out there is a Steam N Rails config, it just doesn't show up in Mod Menu, I had to access it through Create's config menu under "Access configs of other mods" > "Railways". If you enable "Realistic Trains" under Railways > Server > Realism, it makes trains require fuel to move but still allows handcars to move
