Jukebox Minecart has persistence issues

The music disc inside of a jukebox minecart is not saved when it is unloaded.
Add: Restart music playing when the jukebox cart goes over a powered activator rail, and output a redstone comparator signal like a real jukebox when on a detector rail
Fixed by commit 1028631
