This is a very simple mod that you can use in single player or a server that will disable the ability of creepers to break blocks when they explode.
The player will still take damage, and other creeper explosion effects will still apply.
Useful for mod packs/servers designed for younger players or any server/single player world where it's desirable not to disable mob griefing.
