Drops : Jeff's Knife
If you punch him, he'll panic and will run away from you.
He will fight with Jane The Killer if she's nearby and if he loses the fight, he will drop his knife.
Jane The Killer :
Health : 20 hearts
Strength : 10 hearts of damage
Speed : Slow
Drops : Poppies
She's peaceful to the player, but if you punch her, she'll destroy you.
She will fight with Jeff The Killer if he's nearby.
Slenderman :
Health : 50 hearts (But cannot be damaged with melee attacks)
Strength : 8 hearts of damage
Speed : Very slow
Drops : Nothing
He will teleport and turn invisible if you're near.
If you approach him, you will get Blindness and Nausea.
Squidward's Suicide :
Health : 10 hearts
Strength : 0 hearts of damage
Speed : Slow

If you punch him, he'll panic and will run away from you.
If you right click on him, he'll kill himself after a few seconds.
Smile Dog :
Health : 4 hearts
Strength : 0 hearts of damage

If you right click on it or approach it, it'll transform and kill you easily.
Laughing Jack (not in original mod) :
Health : 40 hearts
Strength : 8 hearts of damage
Speed : Fast

He will sometime turn invisible and emit smoke particles, if you manage to punch while he's invisible, he'll turn visible again.
Mothman :
Health : 20 hearts
Strength : 8 hearts of damage
Speed : Slow (Flies)
Drops : Killer Knife
It'll fly around and stare at you. If you collide with it you'll get hurt but it won't attack you by itself.
Eyeless Jack :
Health : 20 hearts
Strength : 3 hearts of damage
Speed : Slow

He has 10% chance to appear when you go to bed and it's dark around you.
The Rake :
Health : 24 hearts
Strength : 8 hearts of damage
Speed : Lightning fast

Seed Eater :

It will try to kill Villagers if any are nearby.
It is neutral to the player, that means that it is normally peaceful, but if you punch it, it will try to kill you.
Strider :
Health : 20 hearts
Strength : 0 hearts of damage
Speed : Fast
Drops : Nothing
You can mount it and ride around with it !
It is way faster than a normal Horse, though you cannot jump while riding it.
PewDiePie :
Health : 20 hearts

If you punch him, he'll panic and will run away from you.
He's really annoying. Like, SERIOUSLY, KILL HIM.
Cryaotic :
Health : 20 hearts

If you punch him, he'll panic and will run away from you.
This one is less annoying, BUT KILL HIM TOO.

Jeff's Knife :
This knife deals 8 hearts of damage and cannot be broken.
Its description says : "Stained with the blood of innocents".
Hilt of a Blacksmith :
This knife deals 10 hearts of damage and cannot be broken.
When held, it will give the player Blindness II and Wither II.
Diaper :
The diaper is, well, a diaper ? It's completely useless and was made just for the fun.
It can be crafted from 5 sheets of paper.
Killer Knife :
This knife deals 5 hearts of damage and cannot be broken.
It is dropped from the Mothman and can be smelt in a furnace to acquire the "Hilt of a Blacksmith".
Pasta :
Pasta is a food item that restores two points of food.
It can be crafted with wheat and a bowl.
CreepyPasta Archives :
The CreepyPasta Archives are sheets of paper that act like spawn eggs and that can be crafted with a piece of paper and various materials depending on which CreepyPasta you want to acquire.
Stephano :
Stephano is a golden statuette referring to PewDiePie's old universe. It can be thrown and will explode when hitting something.
It is dropped from PewDiePie and cannot be stacked
