The texture page looks really strange, and yes i HAVE turned texture mode on with my singular cube.

I can't even click on the, well, what I presume to be the load skin button. The color button doesn't work for me either.

try minimizeing the window and changeing it to a diffrient size, not saying it is the fix, but it worked for me.

That doesn't seem to work.

Change your Gui Scale in options/Video Settings.
