Models are being rendered over top other players in third person and in the inventory

With relative frequency, whenever players are near eachother (specifically someone with a model gets near someone who isn't), the player in their default skin says they get replaced with another players model both in f5 and the inventory screen, and a few moments later, the game crashes hard with a report like the one above. Unsure if it's a compat issue or something else.
