finish animations freaquently get stuck for the "Aiming Bow" animations

ingame the finish animation tends to get stuck for the aiming bow animations resulting in this

its supposed to look more like this in the editor but it does not do that ingame

i have managed to get this to happen on 1.20.4 fabric and 1.21 fabric
