When I try to use the web editor, and I select to upload a file in the file manager, It opens the file upload menu, lets me select a file and "upload" it, but no file ever appears.

Tested on:
Chrome Browser: Chrome OS
FireFox Browser: Ubuntu Linux
Both create the identical issue.
