Customizable Player Model Incompatibility with Nonupdate Reloaded

I've been working on this modpack for a while and Customizable Player Models was working perfectly for a while, but at some point it broke due to an incompatibility. I haven't been able to do much testing with it, but I initially thought it might be an issue with Pehkui compatibility, because installing that's around the time that it stopped working. Then, I looked it up and realized that Pehkui was fully supported and when I removed it CPM continued to not work, so clearly it was something else.
Thusfar, I've tested removing Origins (and all of its cohorts), Pehkui, and Starlight. I was going to test playerAnimator (for Better Combat) but they worked together perfectly fine on my 1.21 modpack?
I tried to scroll through the logs to figure out what went wrong with CPM but I couldn't find anything.
Long story short: Shits broke pls fix
Opening the Gesture menu says Model failed to load: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: getsockopt but I couldn't find anything insightful in the error logs.

I do have internet, but this has been happening on singleplayer as well which used to work. I was hoping to fix this before moving my server to this modpack, as several of us have custom models. I uploaded the error log to https://pastebin.com/NFarxPWs
That's Iris update checker error message. Did you have internet when the error occured?
Model loading issues don't get logged into the normal log, only in the mod's error log.
You can check it in Gesture Gui/Social Settings/Error Log tab. (Clears on game restart)
The error message says Minecraft can't connect to the internet.
Your log is full of the same error message from other mods update checkers. Also there are a lot of Blocked connection to <ip> messages.
Something is preventing Minecraft from reaching the internet.
You are using skin exports so it can't download the skin or the model.
Try restarting your PC.
If you can't resolve it join the Modrinth discord and ask about it there.
This has persisted across multiple PC restarts and while I was actively using the Internet for other things as well (writing these posts, watching YouTube, Discord VC). It wasn't initially like this when I first added it to the pack and it also persists on other machines.
nonupdate_reloaded mod is blocking all internet access to minecraft, remove it, or whitelist my paste site (paste.tom5454.com and github gists gist.githubusercontent.com)
