Incorrect selection box for ThermalDynamics pipes

Mod Version:1.12.2-1.4.6
The selection box is incorrect for ThermalDynamics Pipes,and Chisel and Bits' bit selection box is not highlighted by this mod.
These mods render their selection boxes differently, I might add support for them in the future.
And Better Builders' wands mod also renders incorrectly, not rendering its custom selection box
AE2 and EnderIO works perfect with this mod.
The ores from Underground Biomes aren't rendered correctly, too (screenshots all use the same settings):
