For some reason the elytra rendering is a bit buggy if rpsideas is installed alongside Customizable Elytra, in the above image it has some weird z-fighting issue and the glass effect doesn't make it transparent.

If the elytra is enchanted and you apply glowstone onto it so it glows in the dark... it turns into this weird texture.

The above issues do not occur if rpsideas isn't installed. Also... rpsideas is an addon for psi.

Is there by any chance any update with this issue?

Sorry for my delay in responding to this, I'm currently busy with college and a lot of other mods. I'll try fixing this when more time frees up :)
