Would be nice to be able to place things in the same block space as a panel light.

• Would require making them tile entities (...which is ok, right? it's not like i want you to be able to push them)
• Possibly hacky
• Idk how multifarts work

Doesn't seem like there's a good multipart API right now. I've heard MCMultipart is kind of buggy, and I don't want to touch FMP with a 10 foot pole.
