Immersive Portals compability

Description:
It would be nice if D&D had an optional integration with Immersive Portals if it's installed. You can partially achieve this with IP's datapack integration but there are some limitations with how you activate the portal as your mod takes priority on clicking the portal frame, forcing you to have another event active a IP's portal.
Additional context:
The simplest solution would to simply have an option to disable the normal portal lightning when IP is installed and then have a datapack activate the portal. But I think it would be better if a proper integration existed between D&D and IP. Then you could utilise a config in IP where holding shift while lightning the portal would create a regular portal block instead of the fancy one.
