About OptiFine: Start from MC 1.18, this mod will not be compatible with OptiFine.
About Sodium: In MC 1.19.2, this mod is roughly compatible with Sodium 0.4.4. In MC 1.18.2, this mod is roughly compatible with Sodium 0.4.4. In MC 1.17.1, this mod is roughly compatible with Sodium 0.3.4. In 1.16.5 you can use this. There is no guarantee that future versions of Sodium will be compatible
About Iris: In MC 1.19.2, the latest version of this mod (2.2.5) is roughly compatible with Iris 1.4.0. In MC 1.18.2, this mod is compatible with Iris 1.4.0. In MC 1.17.1 this mod is roughly compatible with Iris 1.2.4. There is no guarantee that future versions of Iris will be compatible.
