Discord emoji don't show up in embeds

My discord server emotes don't show up inside the embed, it works for non-embedded messages like server start and stop
Unfortunately this is a Discord limitation as emojis cannot be in embed titles. As a workaround I've added description support for player join/leave message, where you can put your emojis.
