dmc's Rubies mod

IMPORTANT: this mod is still in development stage and has a lot of unfinished features.
Please report any bugs in the issue tracker and I will try my best to fix them.
Please read through this so you don't get lost playing with the mod.
- Blocks
This mod adds lots of new blocks including:
- Block of Ruby: Used for crafting a ruby apple and can be crafted as shown in the image below.
- Block of Crytal: Used for decoration and can be crafted as shown in the image below.
- Block of Malachite: Used for decoration and can be crafted as shown in the image below.
- Block of Marble/Polished Marble: Used for decoration and can be crafted as shown in the image below. Other Marble variants can be crafted with a stonecutter.
- Block of Steel: Used for decoration and can be crafted as shown in the image below.
- Block of Carbon: Used for decoration and can be crafted as shown in the image below.
- Ores and ore generation
- Crystal: Generates as an ore below y = 25 with a max vein size of 5.
- Malachite: Generates as an ore below y = 36 with a max vein size of 8.
- Carbon: Carbon ore generates below y = 29 with a max vein size of 5, carbon can also be used as a fuel, it smelts 14 items per 1 carbon.
- Steel: Steel does not have an ore block, but you can craft it with 2 pieces of iron and 2 pieces of carbon in a crafting bench as shown in the image below.
- Marble: Generates as an ore below y = 59 and should be found quite easily.
- Rubies: Generates as an ore below y = 13, most commonly between y = 5-7 with a max vein size of 3. Be patient because it will take a while to find one of these. When you mine a ruby ore it will drop ruby shards which then can be crafted into actual rubies with 1 piece of crystal surrounded by 4 ruby shards in a crafting bench as shown in the image below.
- Weapons & Tools - Ruby Tools & Armor: Ruby tools & armor are crafted just like how netherite is, one piece of netherite tool or armor placed with a piece of ruby in a smithing table. Ruby tools & armor are stronger and better than netherite and have 3198 durability.
- Katana: The katana is a new weapon that does 11 attack damage, has an attack speed of 1.8, and has 349 durability, it cannot be enchanted with a mending book or repaired with other materials. It can be crafted with 3 pieces of steel and a stick as shown in the image below.
- Xiphos: The xiphos is a new weapon that does 13 attack damage, has an attack speed of 0.7, and has 217 durability, it cannot be enchanted with a mending book or repaired with other materials. It can be crafted with 3 pieces of steel and a piece of crystal and a stick as shown in the image below.
- Treasure Items - Ruby Apple: Ruby Apple is a special item that can be crafted with 8 ruby blocks and an enchanted golden apple, or found in camps.
When eaten, it will give you: absorption V for 2 minutes, regeneration V for 40 seconds, fire resistance for a minute, resistance II for 5 minutes, jump boost II for a minute, and strength II for 50 seconds.
- Structures - Camps: These generate in oak, spruce, and dark oak biomes, and have three types depending on the biome, and they contain different supplies and resources.
IMPORTANT: loot tables are currently not functioning and still in the works, as I have said earlier this mod is still in the development stage.
