Doesn't work on CleanroomLoader

Issue Description

When using dropt under Cleanroom environment, jsons fail to load. In the dropt log there's a line saying
[ERROR] java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: boundFields
which probably refers to this code

Affected Versions

Do not use latest; please supply accurate version numbers.
