I'm not sure what three is but that is exactly what I thought it was.
I had a feeling configurable dimensions were going to come around to cause some issues.

What even is dim 3?

It was a custom dimension I added with JED as a PVP world for the server in 1.5.x but got removed in 1.6.x

I take it you enabled generation in another dimension?
