Dusk increases the monster cap gradually during nighttime, can you hold out till Dawn?!

Increase monster cap during night, spread out over a time interval.
Increase total monster cap
Set the daytime at which sleeping is allowed, by default it is a bit later than vanilla
Disable sleeping(By default sleeping is enabled)
