Shield uses "usable item" crosshair instead of its own

Reset all the settings to default, and it persists. Seemingly the shield counts as a usable item, and it doesnt get its own crosshair when the "if usable item" setting is disabled.

Which version and mod loader is this happening on?

Minecraft version is 1.21.4, on fabric "0.115.0+1.21.4" installed via modrinth, for mod version "9.3+1.21.3", which is the latest on modrinth right now

Can confirm, still an issue on version 9.3 in 1.21.4. Shields are lumped in as usable items and their own specific settings aren't respected.
