"Additional Interactable Blocks" list clears on reload

To reproduce:
- Install Dynamic Crosshair
- Install Supplementaries
- In the Dynamic Crosshair config, add some Supplementaries blocks to the "Additional Interactable Blocks" list
- Reboot the game and re-open the config
The list will now be full of blank entries, and the crosshair will not show as interactive when pointing at the specified blocks.
