[NeoForge 1.21.1] Breaking block animation when hovering over logs with an axe in hand

Since updating to version 9.6+1.21.1 when you hover over any log while holding an axe it plays the breaking block animation:

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately now I'm getting a crash during loading after updating to 9.7
