Option to fix this bug that makes your crosshair not centered

I finally had a look at this. Will be included in the upcoming release for 1.20.2 or 1.20.3.
Is it also in the release for 1.20.1 / 9.3? If not, that would be greatly appreciated, as the alternative mod "Centered Crosshair" doesn't seem to have an effect on this mod's crosshairs.
