Customnpcs won't respond to right click and doesn't say their interact line.

There is a bug with customnpcs and dynamic stealth, where the customnpc wont respond when right clicked (they are supposed to look at the player who clicked on them and say their interact line), unless I made it so customnpcs will bypass all DS systems, please fix it
This should be solved (along with related issues) in #138
