Bug: Rain ripples turn black for a second when catching loot while fishing

Description:
Bug: When you catch something while fishing when it's raining, the rain ripples in the water (which are beautiful btw) turn black for just a few frames. This also happens in multiplayer when someone else catches something. Here is a screenshot of the ripples as they are normally versus when you catch something:
I just found out it happens in way more scenarios than just fishing. Players taking out stuff from furnaces, players breaking sugarcane and falling sand are all things that make the black ripples appear for a few frames.
What other mods are installed?
With only Fabric api and Mod Menu installed this still happens.
