Compatibility Issue

You'll probably want to narrow it down a lot more than that. The easiest way to do that would be to move all of your mods to another folder temporarily, except for DS. Keep adding groups of mods until it crashes. When it crashes, move some mods from the last group out until it doesn't crash. Eventually you'll find the incompatible mod.
Actually... why are you using Optifine and Sodium together? Sodium + other mods are meant to do everything that Optifine did, and more. I highly doubt they work properly together. Get rid of Optifine and see if that fixes it.
