Hey,

With the toolbar and swing sound option enabled, only some tinkers tools have their appropriate sound, specifically the tinker's axe, broad axe and long bow (I'm not too sure on that one). Every other tool or weapon doesn't have accompanying sound as their vanilla equivalents.

It's related to having the appropriate tags applied to the items. See #158
