if i chose a item what Need more than 3 blocks than tha table dont get filled and the craft dont work.

i use 1.12.2 and online .

Maybe a Server protection but i cant config a slower fill in table.

This is probably caused by a server plugin like NoCheatPlus, which ignores incoming packets when there are too many of them in too little time. If the server owner chooses to install something like that, then they can do that, and I won't try to program around it - their server, their rules. Try to tell them about the mod and how it doesn't work, and ask them if they can relax the rules a little. But if they don't want to do that, and don't allow mods like this on the server, then it's their decision how their server should work.
