Stats:
* Book: 1 hunger, 0 saturation, 1 XP
* Enchanted Book: 2 hunger, 0 saturation, 1 base XP
* Each enchantment gives 1-3 additional XP based on level
* Curses are worth -1 XP
* Minimum XP amount is 0
* Cookbook: 3 hunger, 0.6 saturation, 0 XP
* Counts as meat and can be used to bread dogs
Does not require fabric-api.
