VERSION 4.0.0 HAS BEEN RELEASED.
This is a mod that increases the max enchantment level of most enchants so you can get enchantments like Unbreaking 10 or Fortune 5 and adds some enchantments that give effects like haste or strength. I have always wanted an enchant mod like this but couldn't find one, so I made one.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CHANGE THE ENCHANTMENT LEVEL ARE BELOW.
Version 3.0.0 adds a config file, to access it you must run Minecraft with the mod in your mods folder.
then you want to exit the game and look in your .minecraft folder in %appdata%.
then look for the folder named config and in that folder look for a file named enchants.json5.
open that file with something like notepad and edit the numbers to your likings.
you can then run minecraft and have the enchantment levels that you specified.
NOTE: luck enchants (fortune, looting, ect) are under the name fortune. this will be changed later.
Next to implement:
(maybe if wanted) make an EnchantsPlus mod for forge.
