Since upgrading from 2.2.8 to 2.3.0.417 my machine buffer maximum capacity is always reported as 0 on the tooltip. The current charge is correctly reported. Cap bank capacities are correctly reported. Energy conduits no longer report RF charge at all.

This issue occurs when connected to a dedicated server and not single player. I have not tried local multiplayer.
