It would be great to have a tool that measures for example the time between two transfers within either a fluid or item conduit.

For example:
I'm trying to find out precise numbers about the Forestry fertilizer.
How quick does it work?
How much reagents does it consume?
How much does it produce?
How much power does it consume?

This could be quite doable. Just measure the delta time between 2 successful item/fluid extractions from an inventory, note how man items are transferred, make it readable.
