Server crash when placing redstone conduit

Not crash
Steps to reproduce:
1.Place redstone conduit
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- EnderIO: 22
- EnderCore: 13
- Minecraft: 1.8.9
- Forge: 11.15.1.1808
