[Suggestion] Conduits: add a way to send specific numbers of items to each output

Desired outcome: send 4 items to one inventory and 1 item to a second inventory from one input
Perhaps make priority on the output effect how many items are sent to a target before switching to the next, when input on that channel is in round robin mode?
