[1.9.4] Insulated Redstone Conduit drops Cunduit Switcher

Issue Description:

Insulated Redstone Conduit drops as Conduit Switcher.

What happens:

Placing Insulated Redstone Conduit will show as a Conduit Switcher with WAILA but looks like a Insulated Redstone Conduit in-world.
When pickaxed och yeta-wrenched the conduit, it becomes a Conduit Switcher.
