[1.9.4] Crash with Waila

EDIT: Found that this has been fixed already, just not released it seems.

Issue Description:

Upon breaking a pressurized fluid conduit (I think it had water in it) with an iron pick, I will sometimes get this crash. I've had it happen whether there's another conduit in the block or not. I do have Waila Harvestability and Wawla both installed as well.

What happens:

The game crashes.

What you expected to happen:

The game to not crash.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place an Ender IO pressurized fluid conduit
  2. Connect it to an Ender IO Fluid tank with water
  3. Break the conduit (It may be more consistent when there is another conduit like an energy one inside the block, but I've had it happen in both situations)

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: 1.9.4-3.0.0.36_alpha
  • EnderCore: 1.9.4-0.4.0.23-alpha
  • Minecraft: 1.9.4
  • Forge: FML: MCP 9.28 Powered by Forge 12.17.0.1954
