its the Knoxz 1.9 Testpack but it is reproducable with just enderio/ender core

What happens:

Phantom items in hotbar

What you expected to happen:

Shouldnt be hapening

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a slice and splice

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• EnderIO: 1.9.4-3.0.0.0.40_alpha
• EnderCore: 1.9.4.0.4.0.24-alpha
• Minecraft: 1.9.4
• Forge:

i know 1.9.4 is unfinished but i wanted to report just in case this wasnt known
