Issue Description:

I changed the config so that Empowered IV absorbs 100% of durability damage, yet the armor is still losing durability. All four pieces have Empowered IV.

What happens:

See above.

What you expected to happen:

I expected the armor to stop taking any durability damage.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the config to 100% durability absorbed.
2. Dark Steel Armor
3. Enchant with Empowered X (X being the level with 100% in the config)
4. Take damage while wearing it, charged.
