Issue Description: Dupe bug with the fluid tank. (FTB Unstable Modpack with additional mods)

What happens: When buckets are inserted into the "fill-slot" in the top right, it gives you 1000 filled buckets of that liquid stacked together. In this case, water was being used.

What you expected to happen: Give one filled bucket, not 1000

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place fluid tank
2. Fill fluid tank
3. Insert bucket in top right slot
   ...

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
