No whoosh when flying with elytra-upgraded dark chestplate

What happens:

Flying with darksteel armor with the elytra upgrade is silent

What you expected to happen:

A similar whooshing to the vanilla elytra

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Put on Darksteel armor upgraded with Elytra
  2. Fly
  3. No whooshing
    (vanilla elytra still produces noise under similar use)
