[1.10.2] Insulated Restone Conduit strong signal sync issue

What happens:

I placed a few insulated redstone conduits and told my mate to set them all to an active strong signal.
He did that but the after i checked them, they all were still on the normal mode.
Reconnecting fixed that problem and all conduits had the correct setting.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place Insulated Redstone Conduits
  2. Let someones else change the settings
  3. Check the settings to see if they are correct.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: 3.0.1.101
  • EnderCore: 0.4.1.53
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.1.2076
