[1.10.2] Right clicking conduits uses the item in hand.

What happens:
If you right click on a conduit connector it seems to use the item that you are holding.
If you hold a conduit, it places the conduit, if you hold something to eat and your hunger bar isnt filled, its using the item. If you hold a bag, its opening the gui of the bag.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place some conduits
- Hold an other conduit and right click the conduit connector.
