Steps to reproduce:

1. Game start.
2. It enters the world.
3. It was searched in both the search tab and TMI MOD.
4. Those corresponding to Gas Conduit did not come out.
5. Looked in the file, there was texture of Gas Conduit in the "..\mods\EnderIO-1.7.10-2.2.8.381.jar\assets\enderio\textures\blocks".

I'd have to look at the source, but I'm quite sure Ender IO 2.2.8 was made for Mekanism API 5 or 6, not 9. We would have needed a time machine to do that...

Update: The API that was current on "Aug 24, 2014", this was before Mekanism used version numbers.

You should at least try updating EnderIO to version 2.3.0.429 which is the latest version for Minecraft 1.7.10.

But I have no idea if this will work with Mekanism 9.

Gas conduit was added after updating.
It crashed once in the world that remains installed an older version of the machines.
