[1.10.2] Enchanter corrupted GUI

Issue Description:
The GUI of the enchanter and its recipes seems to be bugged.
What happens:
Whenever I click into the enchanter it shows a bugged GUI showing only the 3 slots and nothing else. However, there's still an invisible recipe button which brings me to the JEI recipes but all the recipes seemed bugged and are showing blanks. Also, I receive the error message OpenGL error: 1283 (stack overflow)
What you expected to happen:
For the enchanter GUI and its recipes to be correctly displayed
Steps to reproduce:
- Open enchanter
- Bugged GUI
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): 1.10.2-3.0.1.112_beta
- EnderIO: 1.10.2-3.0.1.112_beta
- EnderCore: 1.10.2-0.4.1.56-beta
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: 12.18.1.2088

@HenryLoenwind It's strange, I have latest versions of both:
EnderIO - 1.10.2-3.0.1.112_beta
JEI -1.10.2-3.12.0.282
Should I create separate issue thread?

@LuciusV Your crashlog doesn't match phantomholo's description. What you have is a version mismatch with JEI. You either need an older JEI or a newer Ender IO.
