Issue Description:

If you have the Dark Steel Chest with Elytra Upgrade and are exiting a body of water if you look straight up you can fall through the world.

What happens:

You attempt to jump out of the water but then fall through world and die.

What you expected to happen:

Jump out of the water and onto dry ground.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Equip Dark Steel Chest with Elytra upgrade
2. Jump into body of water
3. Go to the edge of the water
4. Look straight up and try to jump out of the water while moving forward
